How to take advantage of our Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee.

Step 1: Bring us a written quote prior to booking We will beat any cruise by $1 and give you a $50 voucher for future travel. The cruise must be advertised in Canadian dollars by a registered Canadian travel agency or any cruise line when presented to a Cruiseabout retail location in Canada.

A written quote must contain departure point, destination, cabin type, departure and return date and time, date of quote, and full price including all taxes and surcharges and any onboard credits. The written quote must be valid at the time of presentation for the policy to apply and be presented at the time of final payment. It applies to new bookings until final payment is received and is subject to verification and availability. Once final payment is received, no further price beats will be accepted on that transaction.

You can provide written quotes from:

1. Other registered Canadian travel agencies
2. Cruise lines
3. Websites quoting in Canadian dollars

We will not beat Cruiseabout website or other Cruiseabout shops. Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available. Your Cruiseabout consultant will need to confirm and verify that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by $1 and issue you a $50 voucher which can be redeemed for future travel booked in any Cruiseabout store. Terms and conditions apply to voucher. Normal change and cancellation conditions will apply. If the same quoted product is not available, we will endeavor to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements.

When it comes to cruises, if we don't honour our Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee, you Sail Free!

If our Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee requires us to beat your cruise quote and we don't, then you Sail Free. Your consultant will do everything they can to book your cruise at the price you have been quoted. If the Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee criteria are met we will beat that price by $1 and issue you with a $50 voucher. If all Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee criteria are met and Cruiseabout does not beat your quoted price you will receive your cruise free of charge. Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. Additional restrictions may apply and all terms and conditions must be satisfied. The "Sail Free" offer applies only where all "Lowest Cruise Price Guarantee" criteria are met but Cruiseabout does not beat the quoted price in accordance with policy and these terms and conditions.
